Princess Ballerinas

Ages 2 to 4

In this 45 minute class, your dancer will hop, skip and twirl through an imaginary adventure. By encouraging your child's creativity and independence in a fun and supportive atmosphere you will see her blossom before your eyes! This is a perfect class for the beginner dancer!

Princess Ballerinas and Tappers

Ages 3 to 5

In this 1 hour class, stories and themes will take your dancer on an exciting adventure while learning proper ballet technique and tap. The ballet portion will follow the "Princess Ballerinas" curriculum, learning real ballet in a fun and creative atmosphere. The tap portion is high energy, super fun and teaches the steps and sequences of tap!

Mini Acro

Ages 2 to 5

Following the Acrobatic Arts Curriculum this class focuses on skills that will improve flexibility, strength and coordination. This class is 45 minutes.

Princess Ballerinas and Tappers

Ages 3 to 6

In this 60 minute class, stories and themes will take your dancer on an exciting adventure while learning the fundamentals of ballet and tap technique.  The ballet portion will follow the "Princess Ballerinas" curriculum learning proper  ballet technique in a fun and creative atmosphere. The tap portion is high energy, super fun and teaches the steps and sequences of tap!

Prima Ballerinas & Tappers

Ages 4 to 7

This  60 minute class is for dancers that have had a minimum of one year of dance. They will  work on perfecting their technique and be introduced to more challenging technique, steps and choreography. The first half of class will focus on tap technique and improving musicality! The second half of class students will learn proper ballet technique in a fun and creative atmosphere.

Prima Ballerinas & Tappers II 

Ages 5 to 7

This 60 minute class is for dancers that have had two years of dance experience. They will work on perfecting their technique and be introduced to more challenging steps and choreography to advance to the next level of dance.

Prima Ballerinas and Jazz

Ages 4 to 7

This 60 minute class  is a ballet/jazz combo class that will build a solid foundation in ballet and Jazz technique and promote self-esteem in a positive environment.

Acro Dance Preschool

Ages 2 to 5

Following the Acrobatic Arts Curriculum this class focuses on skills that will improve flexibility, strength and coordination. This class is 45 minutes.

Mini Hip Hop

Ages 5 to 7

Hip Hop is a high energy, fun filled class that teaches rhythm, coordination and precision. This class features the latest hip hop technique utilizing music from many genres such as R&B, Soul, Pop and of course the latest hip hop hits. Class is 60 minutes.

Beginning Jazz

Ages 5 to 8

Jazz incorporates different styles of dance. It’s energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, leaps and turns. Class is 60 minutes.

Musical Theater  

Ages 7+

Musical Theater can feature multiple styles of dance, acting and lip syncing.Dancers will love dancing to music  from Broadway shows, TV and Movie Musicals. Class is 60 minutes.

Ballet I 

Ages 6+

Ballet is the foundation for all styles of dance. Ballet will help give your dancer outstanding technique that will benefit all style of dance. In Ballet class, students learn grace, poise, good posture and will build strong muscles and great confidence. Class is 60 minutes.

Beginning Tap

Ages 7+

Students learn tap-rhythm and timing. Class consists of warm-up, center, and across the floor training. Proper terminology and musicality is stressed. Students learn shuffles, flaps, time steps, buffalo, hops, drawbacks, cramp rolls, and basic turns. Students learn dance routines to all types of music. Ages 7 and up. No experience necessary.

Lyrical

Ages 7+

Lyrical is a fluid fusion of ballet and Jazz technique. Taking a ballet class in conjunction with Lyrical is highly recommended. Class is 60 minutes.

Hip Hop 

Ages 7+

Hip Hop is a high energy, fun filled class that teaches rhythm, coordination and precision. This class features the latest hip hop technique utilizing music from many genres such as R&B, Soul, Pop and of course the latest hip hop hits. Class is 60 minutes.

Musical Theater  

Ages 7+

Musical Theater is a super fun dance class that utilizes music from Broadway, TV and Movie Musicals.  Class is 60 minutes.

Hip Hop          

Ages 6+

This class focuses on age appropriate Hip Hop dance moves to Hip Hop, R & B, Pop, Old School and Today’s Top Chart music! ​Starting with Minis, age 5, to Advanced levels. Class is 60 minutes.

Boys Hip Hop 

Ages 12+

​Dance is physically demanding and requires sharp athletic skills and mental capacities, as it forces one to engage many aspects of the mind and body at one time. Plus, dance provides a great outlet for energetic boys that need to release some of their energy and turn it into something positive. Hip Hop is one of the most popular forms of dance for boys! Class is 60 minutes.

Ballet II

Ages 8+

This next level will expand upon the foundations of  Ballet I. The focus will be on mastering the basic positions and steps while introducing more complicated exercises both at the barre and in the center. Class is 60 minutes.

Ballet III

Ages 8+

This level is for dancers with a basic understanding of ballet technique. This class covers the fundamentals of Ballet technique using simple combinations that allow students to focus on perfecting their technique, musicality, and movement. Class is 90 minutes.

Ballet IV, V & VI

Ages 10+

These advanced levels challenge the student with more complex combinations at the barre and in the center. The student will work on fluidity of movement, balance, and combinations. Class meets twice per week, but taking a third class is highly recommended for maximum benefit
Ballet IV & V  ~ Each class is 90 minutes long and meets twice per week.
​Ballet VI  ~ Each class is 90 minutes long and meets twice  per week.

Pointe

Ages 10+

Students must be evaluated and have instructor’s approval and currently be enrolled in Ballet level V or VI. Class is 60 minutes.

Contemporary

Ages 9+

Ballet experience is required to enroll in Intermediate and Advanced Contemporary. Contemporary is a combination of Jazz, Ballet, Funk, and Modern dance styles. It focuses on self expression, natural movement and awareness of space and body movement. Class is 60 minutes.

Contemporary Hip Hop

Ages 12+

Contemporary Hip Hop (Urban) is contemporary fused with urban pop and hip hop.  Music incorporates elements of rap, rhythm and blues, funk and soul.

Lyrical

Ages 8+

Lyrical is a fluid fusion of ballet and Jazz technique. Taking a ballet class in conjunction with Lyrical is highly recommended. Class is 60 minutes.

Intermediate Tap

Ages 10+

Students learn more tap-rhythms, sounds, and combinations. Students progress with riffs, pullbacks, time steps, complex turns, and extensive warm-up. Students will demonstrate the ability to build speed while keeping the clarity of their taps clean. Add all this to more complicated combinations and intricate dance routines, and this becomes a fun and challenging class.
Prerequisite: Beginner Tap.

We follow the Acrobatic Arts ™ professional curriculum. It is a progression-based syllabus designed for safety and optimal results that teaches flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, tumbling and partner/group stunting for dancers. This internationally accepted program will help your dancer acquire new skills with confidence. Acro Dance is different from gymnastics. While some skills may appear to be the same, they are taught differently to accommodate having to execute the skills on a hard stage, rather than a sprung floor.

Acro I

Focus on strength and flexibility needed to accomplish new skills and establish body control. Basic concepts of acro are introduced. Skill examples; log rolls, forward roll, bridge, dive roll, right or left cartwheel, pre-handstands, bridge, headstands.

Acro II

Refining and building on skills from previous levels and adding such skills as; dive roll, down to bridge, bridge kickover, backwards roll, right AND left cartwheel, one-handed cartwheel, round-off, handstand, and simple partner work.

Acro III

Building towards more advanced skills and adding skills such as; chest stand, forearm stand, back walkover, front walkover, advanced handstand variations, partner work, and preparatory skills for aerials and back handsprings.

Acro IV

This is for acro dancers ready to progress to harder variations of previous skills and work on more advanced skills. Example: side/front aerial, back handspring, back tuck, rolling tinsica, Valdez, handstand walking, advanced partner work.
