Yes, we do! Private lessons are a wonderful opportunity for dancers seeking one-on-one instruction. They are perfect for mastering a specific skill, refining technique for an upcoming audition, or simply building confidence with focused, personalized guidance from our passionate instructors.
Our combination classes are designed to introduce dancers to multiple styles in one fun-filled class! This format is ideal for younger students exploring their interests, as it allows them to discover what they love most. It keeps class time exciting and helps them build a versatile foundation as a well-rounded dancer.
Proper dance attire is essential for the safety and focus of our students. It allows our instructors to clearly see a dancer’s alignment and movement, ensuring they receive the best possible instruction. We do! Our annual student showcases are a highlight of the year. They are a fun, low-pressure celebration where dancers can proudly share everything they have learned with family and friends. It’s a wonderful opportunity to honor their hard work, discipline, and growth.
NuEvolution Dance Studio Dress Code
Proper attire is an important part of creating a focused and successful learning environment. It ensures our dancers can move comfortably and safely, while allowing our instructors to see body alignment and give the best possible feedback. Following these guidelines helps instill discipline and sets every student up for a positive and productive experience in the studio.

These foundational classes are all about discovering the joy of movement!
- Attire: Any color leotard, tights, tutu, or dance dress is perfect. Ballet skirts are also welcome.
- Shoes: Pink leather ballet shoes. If the class includes tap, please also have black tap shoes.
- Hair: Please secure hair in a bun or ponytail.
- Tip: A small dance bag is very helpful for carrying shoes to and from the studio.
Our ballet program follows a traditional dress code to promote focus and proper alignment.
- Ballet 1: Light Pink Leotard
- Ballet 2: Light Blue Leotard
- Ballet 3-6: Black Leotard
- Tights & Shoes: Pink tights with pink ballet shoes OR skin-tone tights with matching skin-tone ballet shoes.
- Ballet 1 & 2: Leather ballet shoes.
- Ballet 3-6: Canvas split-sole ballet shoes.
- Hair: Must be secured in a clean, neat bun.
- Note: Advanced dancers approved for pointe may wear a ballet skirt during pointe class only.
Safety and freedom of movement are key in acrobatics.
- Attire: Leotards are encouraged. Form-fitting tops, leggings, or shorts are acceptable. No baggy clothing, denim, or attached skirts.
- Shoes: Dancers will be in bare feet.
- Hair: Must be pulled back in a low ponytail or low bun for safety.
These classes are energetic and expressive!
- Attire: Form-fitted dance attire such as leotards, tights, leggings, dance shorts, and fitted tops. No baggy clothing.
- Shoes: Tan jazz shoes.
- Hair: Please secure hair in a bun or ponytail.

- Shoes: Skin-tone foot undies or bare feet.

Comfort and style come together in our hip hop classes.
- Attire: Comfortable, modest clothing that is easy to move in (e.g., t-shirts, sweatpants, joggers). No street clothes.
- Shoes: Clean sneakers that are used for dance class only (no street shoes allowed on the dance floor).
- Hair: Pulled back away from the face. No hats unless requested by the instructor.
Tips for a Smooth & Successful Season
- Sizing Kits: Unsure about sizing? We have sizing kits for all dance shoes and leotards at both studio locations to ensure you order the perfect fit.
- Jewelry: For safety, only small stud earrings are permitted in any class.
- Label Everything: Please write your dancer’s name in all shoes, tags, and on their water bottles. This helps us return lost items promptly
